C.H. Robinson is looking for a talented Operations Representative to join our office in Pescara. 

 

Do you want to gain experience in the transportation industry and support operational processes? As an Operations Representative, you will handle transport orders, collaborate with carriers, and help resolve ongoing operational issues to ensure the smooth execution of orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Track and trace shipments 
  • Call carriers to request for plate numbers
  • Solve different problems that can occur during transit (wrong reference, delays, damage etc.) 
  • Adding status in the system 
  • Handling carrier documents 
  • Entering new events of the shipments and closing events that are solved 
  • Handling payment issue problems for the carriers 

QUALIFICATIONS  

Required:

  • At least a B2 level of English proficiency
  • Fluency in Romanian/French/German 
  • A preference for a dynamic work environment and the ability to thrive in the face of daily challenges 
  • Diligence and strong motivation are essential attributes 
  • We are seeking individuals with the energy and resilience to handle time pressure effectively. If you lack prior experience, there's no need to worry – we are committed to providing training and support to help you succeed!

  • Experience in call center/customer service

  • Relevant education (transport, logistics)
