Our Opportunity


Snyk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence on the West Coast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises. This is an opportunity to help add marquee logos to our rapidly growing customer base.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team of 7 Account Directors, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to enable the sales team.
  • Being involved at the deal level in order to ensure success across the team.
  • Managing and forecasting sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Leveraging and guiding internal resources in order to progress pipeline.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years experience managing a successful team/region, selling a technical product in enterprise space.
  • You are driven by motivating and enabling the success of your team. 
  • A strong passion for coaching and development. 
  • A collaborative one team approach to selling.
  • A proven track record of success in highly strategic and consultative sales.
  • An ability to build strong customer relationships ensuring long term success.

We’d especially love to hear from you if you:

  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to technology companies.
  • Knowledge of specific cybersecurity technologies (e.g., EDR, SIEM, XDR, cloud security).
  • Certifications in cybersecurity or sales.
