The Services Technology Sr. Business Associate will be a key member of the Services Technology Finance Governance team, responsible for Client allocations, managing the transfer process, overseeing productivity, analyzing software expenses and Cap credits . The ideal candidate needs to have strong analytical skills, experience in working with Finance and Front office partners, and ability to present data and insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Allocation

  • Develop and Maintain detailed client allocation reports.
  • Collaborate with Finance and front office partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and present data-driven decks and insights to to senior management.

Transfer Process

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all internal and external transfer processes related to Services technology.
  • Coordinate and manage the transfer process, ensuring accuracy and adhering to Finance guidelines.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transfer process.

Productivity

  • Validate productivity submissions from Internal teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and distribute monthly productivity reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving productivity.

Software Expense line Analysis and Forecasting

  • Conduct detailed analysis of Software expenses and in collaboration with CTI, Software Central team and internal teams
  • Develop nd maintain an efficient spend model to optimize software expenditures.
  • Assist in forecasting software expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary targets

Cap Credits and Application Retirements Financial impact analysis

  • Analyze capitalization credits, ensuring accurate financial representation ensuring PTS is properly reflecting Services technology Cap credits
  • Collaborate with teams to assess and manage the financial impacts of Financial impacts for future application retirements
  • Run and Maintain central repots updated.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable items
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • P and financial reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
