About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage integrated marketing programs at CrowdStrike. The primary focus of this role will be owning the end-to-end process of transforming customer success stories from intake to polished, finalized assets, while tracking and reporting on the overall program’s success. 

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, customer success, and creative services to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do: 

Program Ownership:

  • Design, implement, and manage the process for streamlining impactful customer success assets, including written case studies, testimonials and quotes, social media, videos, and other content types.

  • Act as the central point of contact across marketing for customer stories and similar assets, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.

  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and creative teams to align on timelines, goals and messaging.

  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in from all key stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the production of customer success assets.

  • Monitor and communicate project status, proactively addressing potential risks or delays.

Performance Analysis:

  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact and success of the customer storytelling program.

  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and the quality of customer success assets.

  • Implement tools and best practices to streamline communication and deliverables.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience: 8+ years of project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders including senior management, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes. Experienced in optimizing processes and streamlining complex initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders for maximum efficiency.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when engaging with key stakeholders across teams.

    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms. Experience working with Adobe Workfront is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with customer storytelling, content creation processes that involve partnering with editorial and media studio teams, and/or marketing workflows is a plus

  • Certifications: PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required

  • Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
