We are seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

About the Job
As a Collection Agent, you will:
Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding debts
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
Update customer account information and payment statuses accurately
Handle customer inquiries and resole issues in a timely and professional manner
Give customers information about products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Meet daily and monthly collection targets set by management
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as legal debt collection requirements

ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a call center or collections role
You enjoy talking to people on the phone
You have strong communication skills
You know how to negotiate and handle difficult conversations with customers
You have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
