We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Operations Engineer to join our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Windows and Linux based internal systems, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and reliability. The day-to-day functions of this role include providing internal systems support.

You’ll spend time on the following:

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers plus related infrastructure.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory.

• Develop and execute PowerShell, Bash and Python scripts for automation and system management.

• Deploy and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.

• Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.

• Administer Google Workspace and OKTA for identity and access management.

• Manage device configuration and security policies using Intune.

• Oversee the deployment and management of Apple devices through Kandji.

• Manage and optimize AWS/GCP infrastructure, including networking components.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to support and improve overall infrastructure.

We’re excited about you if you have:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ Years Managing Windows Infrastructure, significant experience in overseeing Windows-based systems, including servers and networks.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and maintaining Active Directory.

• Strong command of PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting for automation, system management, and task execution.

• Experience administering Google Workspace and OKTA for user identity and access management.

• Competence in managing device configuration and security policies using Intune, along with experience in overseeing Apple device deployment and management through Kandji.

Must-have competencies:

• Windows Server and Linux Administration: Oversee and manage Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

• Active Directory Management: Maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and group policies, to facilitate efficient user management and resource allocation.

• Automatisation Scripting: Develop and execute PowerShell, Bash or Python scripts to automate tasks, streamline system management, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Google Workspace and OKTA Administration: Administer Google Workspace and OKTA platforms for identity and access management, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and authorization processes.

• Intune and Kandji Management: Manage device configuration, security policies, and deployment of devices, particularly Windows and Apple devices, using Intune and Kandji to maintain uniformity and security across the infrastructure.

• Ansible Configuration Management: Utilize Ansible to automate configuration management tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency across infrastructure components.

• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code: Implement infrastructure as code principles using Terraform to define and provision infrastructure resources programmatically, facilitating scalability and reproducibility.

• GitHub for Version Control: Utilize GitHub for version control, enabling collaborative development, code review, and tracking changes to infrastructure configurations and scripts.
