At BMNT, we help government organizations identify and solve problems at scale and at startup speed. Our H4XLabs dual use accelerator enables companies that build unique products or services to serve our national interest.  Our team enables companies to source funding, and learn how to navigate complex government markets, while helping international partners “softland” in the US market. We also help private capital investment customers understand the risk in their overall portfolio while derisking portfolio companies all at the same time.

As a Program Manager, you must not only have knowledge of how to manage government programs, but also possess an understanding of commercialization, the difference between small businesses and startups, and the private capital funding stack.  Because we are inherently a government contractor, you should also possess experience capturing new business, or growing a government customer.

If you’re passionate about working in a domain that delivers visible national and global impact, we’d love for you to join our team!

About the Role:

The Program Manager for H4XLabs needs to understand accelerator dynamics, business startup principles, and investment trends, in addition to knowing how to manage projects and have specific knowledge of not only managing but also capturing and growing government programs.

This multifaceted role will see you take ownership over the development of the vision, conception, planning and execution of assigned programs, including staffing (or requests for staffing), project management, and continued customer and business development.

Your role will be to manage and deliver value directly to customers including our government customers and the small businesses and startups we accelerate.

You will manage 3-4 programs at a time, leading a team of project leads and analysts that each also service several programs at a time.

In addition, travel is expected to customer sites approximately 25% of the time.

  • Guided by a continuous improvement ethos, develop or update processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction of project teams and improve BMNT’s practices.  In doing so, always coordinating with the business unit to share best practices, and ensure integration and implementation.
  • Communicate and present (verbally and through status reports) up, down, and out to all internal and external stakeholders about the success, roadblocks, challenges, project successes, missed opportunities, and program updates.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
