We seek a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our multi-media portfolio's strategic vision and development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the product lifecycle, driving product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy
Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and product roadmap for multi-media offerings, focusing on new product development aligned with organizational goals and market needs.
Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation through launch, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding annual product revenue targets.
Product Management and Program Execution
Oversee the operations of the existing multi-media digital services portfolio, including podcasts, webcasts, case studies and related line extensions, ensuring seamless execution and product evolution.
Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support product development, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
Competitive Analysis & Customer Insights
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and shape product offerings
Leverage the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to enhance current products and inform new product prioritization and decision-making.
Collaborate with the data team to analyze program insights and trends
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with experience in healthcare preferred
Critical Skills
3+ years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis in healthcare preferred.
3+ years of project/product management experience, preferably in digital services or related fields.
B2B experience preferred
Strong understanding of product development processes, product lifecycle management, and strategy execution.
Experience with multi-media digital services such as podcasts, webcasts, and emerging digital platforms.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working with technology, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
Additional Skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to explore bold new ideas, and flexibility to take on various roles as needed.
Ability to multi-task and flex to accommodate changes in priorities based on business needs.
Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Experience with Workfront or other project management software, such as Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing software.
