Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$79,400.00 - $130,900.00

Agent Distribution is a fast-growing distribution business that includes national carrier and agency partnerships, and new ventures – all rethinking the way we sell insurance. As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with leadership on strategies that enable us to adapt and react whenever consumers consider insurance by enabling better and more ways to purchase it. You will leverage your financial background and data analysis skills, while also tapping into your operational mindset, as we rethink our agent distributors in every aspect of the Personal Insurance Business.

What Will You Do?

  • Assist in analyzing and assessing financial and production results to identify opportunities for improving business expenses and outcomes.
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis and create presentations using data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights and help influence decisions/outcomes.
  • Effectively use presentation tools to communicate financial and business outcomes.
  • Provide support to functional areas including Finance, Product Management, and Operations to proactively address and resolve challenges.
  • Research and build materials for agency compensation negotiations.
  • Aid in preparing recommendations for regional and national business opportunities with external partners.
  • Interpret and monitor data analyses and trends to communicate findings to the management team, recommending optimal business actions.
  • Learn new tools for analyzing different data sources – both reactively and pro-actively
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience using data tools to research, interpret trends, and provide insight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and administer presentations.
  • Ability to foresee challenges and proactively look for ways to create more efficient processes for the business.

What is a Must Have?

  • Two years of professional work experience in data analytics, product management or finance.
