Let's start with the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a solid accounting foundation and a generalist financial background to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, and cross-functional financial analyses. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial information while supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.

The Financial Analyst will contribute to the company’s financial health by combining accounting expertise with broader financial analysis, working closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other business areas.

 

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Prepare and monitor the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform financial performance analyses (expenses, revenues, costs, margins, and profitability), identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards, including KPI analysis and financial trends, for presentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Support the monthly accounting close and reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested financial information and documentation.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and control.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

 

What you will bring:

• Fluency in English;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related areas is a plus;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, or related roles;
• Knowledge of automations.
