GCG is seeking Storeroom Clerks skilled in the safekeeping of valuable goods and materials as well as to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products are properly accounted for, stored, and organized.

Requirements:

• Receiving, accurately recording, securely storing and issuing supplies and products.

• Maintains a daily log of the temperatures of food and supplies to ensure the correct temperatures are retained.

• Monitoring and reporting accurate records on all stock movements.

• Stores food products and supplies at correct temperatures while ensuring FIFO rotation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum five (5) CXCs certificates including Mathematics and English.

• Competency with technology and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of HACCP Procedures and experience in Catering and Aviation would be an asset.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.  

• Valid Police Certificate of Character.
