Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and implement solutions.

• Document solutions deployed to production based on business processes.

• Maintain and improve the performance of existing solutions.

• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.

• Design, develop, and update databases.

• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

• Recommend improvements to existing solutions as necessary.

• Create specifications for solutions based on business requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Knowledgeable in web applications platform and technology (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

• Understands basic database structure and SQL.

• Knowledgeable in C# and other .NET frameworks.

• Knowledgeable in SSRS or equivalent reporting systems.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
