Global Payout Network Director – Spain, Work From Home

It’s a crucial role that contribute to Company strategic direction and future operating model for new partner acquisition, supporting revenue growth, expanding operating margins, and supporting resource prioritization to maximize profits and return on investment.
 

Role Responsibilities

• The “Global Payout Network Director” must identify, assess and help prioritize strategically the implementation of existing gaps for payout networks, agents, products or services globally, driving new impactful partnership with new agent network, building strong relationships with potential partner, promoting our brand and products.
• In particular, the role will work closely with receive business leaders to drive the signature and activation of new partners or products needed, increase revenue and profitability thanks to a more active management of agent portfolio, incentives or directed models.
• Review of Western Union payout agent service agreements globally to identify improvements needed on settlement, treasury, or commercials.
• Work closely with treasury and receive team to negotiate better source rates with receive agents.
   

Role requirements

• This role is often dynamic and requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, from business, platform product and technology, legal, compliance, agent network.
