Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Maintain oversight and act as point of escalation for all Supply Chain processes and events related to Canadian Business Units.

• Oversee the demand planning process including supporting local demand planners with the demand consensus meetings and forecasting improvement.

• Participate in financial meetings to determine financial call and algin the latest demand sales forecast

• Oversee the Canadian supply planning process, escalations of product issues

• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with the appropriate Business Unit stakeholders.

• Oversee relationship with the 3PL provider and adherence to key metrics

• Develop and oversee yearly operational budgets for the Canadian market

• Measure, communicate and continuously improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, demand at risk, CSL, Hits and Misses

• Effectively work cross-functionally with Canadian and NA leadership and all departments in Canada supporting or touching Supply Chain

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• 5+ years experience in a Generic Pharmaceutical or CPG environment in a supply chain/logistics/inventory role

• Exceptionally strong leadership abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong knowledge of vendor management 

•  Over 2 years of experience managing a team

• Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent)

• Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment

• Ability to think strategically / proactively

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability and willingness to travel nationally when required
