As a Sleep Coach, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting directly to the DTC Head you will be a natural communicator with pride and personal interest in what you do.

 

Our industry is forever evolving, so were not a fan of not my role type of behavior were a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.

 

Lets talk about the role:

• Conduct initial assessments and phone consultations; Interact with patients over the phone to gather information about their sleep concerns, lifestyle factors, and symptoms of sleep apnea.
• Based on the assessment findings and symptoms reported by patients, provide recommendations for diagnostic sleep studies. Guide patients through the process of scheduling and undergoing sleep studies.
• Provide recommendations for suitable products based on individual needs and preferences.
• Actively engage in product sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of recommended sleep apnea management products
• Maintain regular contact with patients to ensure their progress, answer questions, and address any concerns or challenges they may face during their sleep apnea management journey.

 

Let's talk about you:

• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm or Post Graduate in the related field
  Ability to communicate complex sleep concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Active listening skills and empathy to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sleep patterns, identify underlying causes, and develop effective strategies for improvement.
