We are now looking for a Human Resource Manager  for ASEAN region (Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam)to provide HR support in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone to be passionate about supporting and creating strategies to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. You will need excellent communication skills, critical thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • This position reports to the India region HRBP functional manager, collaborates with regional/global HR colleagues and site leaders and people managers

  • Act as HR point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Engineering. Partner with managers on people strategy, HR program enhancements, and new manager training.

  • Advise and coach managers and employees on various people issues.

  • Facilitate group sessions and support training program rollouts.

  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits on salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to set up new entities in the ASEAN region.

  • Analyze talent data to identify trends and recommend systemic improvements.

What we need to see:

  • Master's Degree with of 10+ overall years of experience in Human Resource and minimum 3+ years in leadership and management

  • Broad HR expertise including: HR business engagement, talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, organization culture, talent acquisition, data analysis and employee relations

  • Extensive experience in working in the emerging markets of south east Asia and a good understanding of the local regulatory framework

  • Ability to build trust and credibility in matrixed and multicultural environments
