Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service, accurately diagnosing client issues, and leveraging your extensive product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence, as you navigate through various challenges and collaborate with different teams to enhance system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Strategy & Optimization, Data Center Networking Technologies Operations, Network Infrastructures.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Tackling novel challenges as the field evolves.
- Critical Thinking: Assessing viability of emerging tech and market potential.
- Extensive knowledge of AI operations in infrastructure
- Adoption of AI techniques in Infrastructure ops
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- In-depth knowledge and experience on network designing efficient, analyzing performance, reducing latency, managing traffic, automating processes, and planning for growth, focusing on speed, reliability, cost, and security through tools like SD-WAN, load balancing, traffic shaping, AI, and continuous monitoring for better user experience and business productivity.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Ability to design and implement network optimization strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Strategy & Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
