How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Global Infrastructure & Operation Department (GIO) was created to enable the high-speed execution of the Group's IT transformation projects and to run global services. The GIO IT Asset Analyst will be accountable for the execution of corporate relationship management, service catalog deployment, procure-to-pay, inventory and local process management, and asset management. The analyst will be crucial in the procurement and management of End User inventory and will be in charge of billing control. The geographical focus of this role will be the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management

    • Manage the relationship with User Workplace vendor partners at the Americas level.

    • Monitor the Portal and the delivery process.

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current computer models and contribute to assessments of upcoming models.

    • Establish the ordering process for and oversee the procurement of IT assets.

    • Oversee the management and resolution of service delivery issues.

  • Service Catalog Deployment

    • Contribute to the evolution of device requests in ITSM ServiceNow.

    • Add financial information to ServiceNow for all devices.

    • Promote and execute overall visibility of the User Workplace Americas device catalog.

  • Procure-to-Pay

    • Perform billing control for all Americas invoices related to the User Workplace Service Line.

    • Execute purchase requests and ordering for the User Workplace Service Line using ERP, such as Oracle.

    • Manage the receipt of Service Line needs and supplier quotation requests.

    • Monitor the allocated budget and manage the interface with accounts payable.

    • Proactively monitor accounts to ensure payments are current.

  • Computing Inventory Management

    • Manage the onsite visual inventory of asset stock remotely.

    • Optimize installation tasks to automatically update the configuration management database (CMDB ITSM ServiceNow).

    • Maintain inventory tracking and forecast inventory stock needs.

  • Asset Management

    • Contribute to the accuracy of inventory and asset management in ITSM ServiceNow.

    • Oversee and track the various steps of the asset/device lifecycle.

    • Ensure the precise classification of devices to ensure correct billing.

    • Ensure billing is aligned with the asset lifecycle and updated in the CMDB.

    • Ensure the data sustainability of assets by checking end user profile data quality.

    • Contribute towards yearly replacement forecasts of IT Assets

Do you have these requirements?

Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in computer, data analytics or related field).
  • General Requirements: 4+ years of IT Service Management experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Full proficiency with Oracle Purchase Request/Purchase Order and AP/AR.
  • Full proficiency with GSuite, especially Sheets.
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and analytics, including SLAs and Asset Management. ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Wide knowledge of computer vendors and models
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work autonomously in remote, global situations.
  • Ability to create detailed process flows.
