The Regional Director Sales, Specialty Medical Products (“RD”) is responsible for leading a team of sales specialists who are tasked to significantly grow the business and optimize positive outcomes with new and existing acute care customers. They accomplish this through product and service differentiation. Collaboration and people leadership are key attributes required for success in this role as well as being accountable for portfolio expansion, strengthening customer relationships, and leveraging GPO contracts. This leader will direct a team of nine and closely collaborate with other regional sales directors who each lead a team of similar size and aligned goals.

Anticipated salary range: $193,000 - $241,000 (includes variable pay)
