EquipmentShare is Hiring a IT Logistics Specialist I

EquipmentShare is searching for a IT Logistics Specialist I for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage requests for company devices and ensure timely fulfillment for employees.
  • Facilitate the setup of devices for newly onboarded employees.
  • Coordinate the shipment of packages to EquipmentShare branches and subsidiaries.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
  • Verify stock quantities received against shipping documents, purchase requests, and 
    contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate receiving or delivering supplies, parts, and 
    equipment.
  • Apply asset tags to all received inventory and input relevant data into the asset management
    system.
  • Process all off-boarded devices and ensure proper data wiping is done in factory settings for 
    re-issuance.
  • Provide professional and customer-centric service to all constituents and external 
    stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other duties as designated.
  • Adhere to logistical regulations and internal policies.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • A functional knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting techniques
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and complete tasks based on prioritization level and severity
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work  independently, or with a team, and exercise sound judgment.

Education and Experience:
●High School Diploma equivalent education or experience required
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
●Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
