Requirements:
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messaging, using CleverTap.
Analyze user segmentation and behavior using CleverTap's analytics to create targeted and personalized campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, and engineering) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, mobile engagement, and customer retention.
