Position Overview

Autodesk's Fusion is the premier cloud-based software for design and manufacturing, connecting every phase of a product’s development lifecycle from top floor to shop floor and supply chain. As we continue to lead the industry, we seek a strategic and organized leader to join our team. 

Reporting to the VP of Fusion Sales, the Senior Program Manager, Chief of Staff, Fusion Sales will be instrumental in managing the team’s operating model, decision-making structures, communication plans, strategic planning, and quarterly business metrics. As a key member of the global leadership team, this individual will collaborate closely with leaders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The role includes overseeing sales operations, analytics, and enablement specialists, ensuring the efficient management of all operational aspects of the Fusion sales team.

This role can be based in a hybrid or remote capacity in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Drive the operating rhythm to ensure all parts of the organization are aligned and executing the annual plan effectively

  • KPI and Metrics Management: Identify critical KPIs and success factors, ensuring reports and dashboards provide the necessary information to track progress

  • Meeting Facilitation: Design and facilitate VP staff level and other key stakeholder meetings to accomplish clear and effective decision-making, tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions required across our global team

  • Executive Communication: Provide strategic counsel, serving as a liaison or proxy when needed, and managing executive communication

  • Team Management: Lead sales operations, analytics, and enablement specialists, ensuring they are engaged in activities that support the team’s goals

  • Initiative Management: Drive core teams focused on key go-to-market activities and strategic initiatives, ensuring plan execution and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong alliances and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust

  • Preparation and Reporting: Ensure preparation for regular check-ins, updates, and reports, typically delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint presentations over Zoom across multiple time zones

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach, and willingness to engage hands-on

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a broad network

  • Proven ability to connect cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear goals and strong coordination

  • Exceptional planning skills, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations

  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience with high-touch relationships and sensitive business matters

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel 25-50%

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
