About the Department: Join our dynamic team overseeing product planning, CMM, and performance management across Europe for Nissan's Light Commercial Vehicles. Be part of a forward-thinking environment where innovation meets excellence.

Your Mission: As the LCV End Item & Ordering System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Cross Car Line Coordinator (CCL), managing multiple products simultaneously. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will drive the success of our new model launches and lifecycle management. 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1- Lifecycle Management - Provide close support to the CCL Coordinator, Product Planning, and Marketing Managers to ensure the efficient management of the Nissan LCV Line-Up.

  • Develop proposals for Line-Up simplification, harmonization, and optimization that align with business goals and market needs, enhancing the Line-Up's competitive advantage.
  • Monitor LCV product planning milestones closely and ensure timely implementation of feature updates in Nissan systems.
  • Support the implementation and management of Nissan Line-Up content within the Renault systems (1DMO and TCS).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the spec management process, both within Nissan and in collaboration with Renault, to enhance efficiency and integration.
  • Assist with ongoing and future LCV business projects that require End Item and Spec management expertise (End Item serves as the unique identifier for a vehicle).

2 - End Item Process, End Item Creation & End Item Management

  • Collaborate with the LCV CCL Coordinator to serve as key contacts for HQ and Regional Business Units (RBU) regarding specification content for the current and future Line-Up.
  • Facilitate operations by assisting RBUs in the End Item creation process within Nissan's ASIS system, ensuring smooth execution of this RBU-driven task.
  • Deliver training sessions for both RBU and HQ teams on the End Item creation process to ensure consistency and proficiency.

3 - Coordinate with RBUs, Sales Planning & Distribution, and Supply Chain Management teams to streamline order processing, as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities

  • Ensure the efficient execution of End Item ordering and forecasting submissions across both Nissan's internal systems and Renault’s platform by verifying the accuracy and validity of the content.
  • Support the establishment of a clear communication process to keep stakeholders (HQ and RBU) informed about product updates and key milestones.
  • Assist in implementing a 'rejection rate' tracker to minimize order rejections within the system, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Bachelor or master degree (BAC+3/+5) graduates with relevant internships or up to 2 years of experience on the Automotive Business.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
  • Experience or interest in production planning, logistics, and vehicle specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating multiple functions.
  • Mastery of Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Project and product management experience is a plus.
