Job Summary

The successful candidate will partner with various teams to ensure timely delivery of SOC and SOX initiatives, coordinate audit and compliance activities, and drive continuous improvement. They will work closely with Cyber Security, Information Security, and Identity Governance teams to design and document controls, evaluate control deficiencies, and remediate plans.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MSP and McKesson teams to ensure timely data gathering, validation, and audit deliverables
  • Coordinate and unify deliverable requests from multiple audit compliance vectors
  • Evaluate pipeline of existing and incoming compliance initiatives to ensure sufficient resources
  • Partner with Cyber Security team to design and document controls, test controls, and establish a centralized repository
  • Work with Information Security teams to deliver processed raw data for SOX Privileged User Access Reviews
  • Coordinate and track resolution of audit and compliance-related issues.
  • Represent EITP Compute, Storage, and Data Protection services in corporate and audit compliance planning meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonize operational processes/tooling/automation.
  • Collaborate with other McKesson Technology staff to facilitate audit or compliance issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation, including risk and controls matrices and process flowcharts
  • Oversee tracking and remediation of control deficiencies
  • Liaise with process and control owners to update and maintain control-related documentation
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Optimize accuracy and completion of repeating tasks via automation and available tools
  • Encourage enterprise-wide thinking, promote industry best practices, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or 7+ years of experience)
  • 5+ years of experience working in IT infrastructure services and operations environments
  • Previous experience fulfilling SOC, SOX, and external audit initiative deliverables
  • Previous experience in large, cross-functional teams/partnering with MSPs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or 7+ years of experience)

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$127,500 - $212,500
