The Summer Intern session is a 12-week, full-time (40 hours Monday-Friday) program while the Co-op cohorts typically run 16-weeks in the Spring and Fall. In both programs, students are paid a competitive hourly rate. Continue reading to learn more about this exciting opportunity! 

 

What we need 

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA intern to support our leadership team with various special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level decision-making and contribute to high-impact initiatives within a leading technology company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects assigned by executive team. This may include market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. 

  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. 

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives. Help identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather information, understand project needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Executive Support: Provide support in preparing materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefings. 

 

What you’ll need 

  • Currently pursuing MBA from recognized institution. 

  • Experience in material handling, supply chain, logistics, or operations.  

  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.  

 

Our Environment  

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. 

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
