We are seeking a Sr Specialist Compliance Assurance to join an outstanding team!

Responsible for independently providing analytical and technical support for aspects of the enterprise Ethics & Compliance program. Lead timely and thorough misconduct investigations. Train, advise and monitor compliance program requirements to help deliver compliance obligations.

In this role you will develop, coordinate, and implement practices, procedures and programs to support the investigative unit of ethics and compliance to limit Company compliance risk and liability, and to minimize negative impact to the public, property, or the environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Effectively plan, organize, and execute timely process-compliant multi-disciplinary investigations including engaging the appropriate subject matter experts, arranging of interviews, reviewing evidence, preparing detailed reports identifying relevant facts, findings, recommendations, and meeting with Management

  • Develop and support communication, learning, and training content to support the effective implementation of policies, processes, procedures, programs, and initiatives and to ensure proper internal and external reporting of ethics and compliance related issues in accordance with company processes.

  • Develop, review, and maintain processes, procedures, guidelines, tools, and templates.

  • Support the effective implementation of Ethics & Compliance’s and Investigations team’s objectives.

  • Provide concise, timely guidance and advice on Ethics & Compliance matters including contract reviews and Conflict of Interest inquiries. Effectively document the advice utilizing the Advisory Request process and Conflict of Interest Workflow.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and 7 or more years of directly related experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience in related field may be considered).

  • Detailed working knowledge of Ethics and Compliance program requirements, industry standards and best practices.

  • Experience with workplace investigations, ethics and misconduct violations in the workplace

  • Ability to work independently but ensure proper internal engagement/alignment on various multi stakeholder files.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including to executive and external audiences.

Working Conditions:

  • Office work with up to 25% out of the office travel at times.
