What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of engineers and managers building services on ServiceNow and Automation Anywhere.

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Now Assist, IT Service Management (ITSM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), and HR Service Delivery (HR SD).

  • Collaborate with Product and Program Management, End User Support, and HR to achieve business goals, improve user experiences, and create user-friendly products and workflows.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

  • Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to consistently improve the platform's capabilities.

What we need to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical area.

  • 10+ overall years of experience in the tech industry building software.

  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams.

  • Solid experience with Software Engineering, building and scaling products.

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules including ITSM, HRSD, HAM Pro, Now Assist, and ITOM.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within diverse teams.

  • Exposure to Agentic architecture and building conversational AI Experiences.

  • Strong experience with distributed systems design.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript, or a similar OOP language.

  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and release.

The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 385,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
