Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

This role manages a subset of top clients with emphasis on client retention, customer loyalty and organic sales growth by providing targeted business solutions; works with the Client Sales Executive in developing comprehensive operational strategies in order to identify key sales opportunities with existing or potential clients.  This role will travel to client sites and industry functions approximately 50% of the time. 

  • Establish and execute business partnerships strategies
  • Drive all facets of strategic business development, identifying new market opportunities for partnerships and OEMs, identifying partners, initiating conversations, enumerating requirements, negotiating terms, and closing deals
  • Strategic focus on establishing and maintaining national/international accounts.
  • Partner with National/Regional Sales Manager and facilitate a smooth handoff of account responsibility to the direct salesperson.
  • Creation and execution of detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives and maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Thought leadership and influence on account planning/strategy activity and be able to understand and appropriately leverage sales and support resources.
  • Drive understanding and education  of product roadmaps  at all customers’ levels.
  • Establish high level expertise and product acumen to drive  roadmaps, competition, pricing, market share and key product differentiation.

Job Qualifications:

Job Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales and business development experience
  • Ideally experienced in selling into retail, CPG or builder markets
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
  • Exercises significant independent judgment to achieve objectives and have the ability to stay focused on those goals and objectives.
  • Deep technical and ROI/TCO knowledge of product offerings and have the ability to operate and make decisions in complex environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 50% and have the ability to operate with minimal tactical direction.
  • Must be self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented as well as possessing a high energy drive to close business and exceed assigned sales goals.

  • Must have strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills as well as a track record of working effectively on a team.
  • Effective at qualifying sales opportunities and time management.

Please note the compensation for this role consist of base and uncapped commission/ OTE package. Range listed is for the base salary only.

Annual Pay Range:

100,000 - 125,000 USD
