Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Manager to support the VC-25B Presidential Aircraft Program based in San Antonio, Texas.

Reporting to Senior Program Integrated Planning & Scheduling leader, this role will lead and manage a VC-25B Integrated Planning Scheduling team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, and leads process improvements.
  • Manages the allocated budget and headcount.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and direct reports.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift: 1st shift

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 year experience updating and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules
  • More than 3 years experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules
  • More than 1 year of experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods
  • More than 1 years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 1 year of experience in a management role working with both direct reports and business unit leaders
  • Experience working with commercial aviation aircraft certification and/or validation processes and procedures
  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15-20% of the time.

Summary pay range: $112,200 – $151,800
