As the Experience Execution Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving and delivering user-centered designs that align with our strategic objectives. You will foster a culture of innovation, creativity and collaboration within the team. Furthermore, being structured and process oriented is crucial in this role. You will manage resource allocation to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT development, Product Owners, Platform Managers and Marketing to ensure design objectives align with product goals and business needs.

You must be confident with Presenting and communicate design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders, gaining buy-in and addressing feedback effectively.

Responsibilities:

Team and stakeholder Management

  • Mentor, develop and motivate across teams and markets collaboration

  • Resource allocation

  • Present and report project status

Strategy and Planning

  • Understand and support our target audience

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and usability standards across the organization.

  • Implement UX/UI/design strategies that align with over commercial goals

Design Execution

  • Oversee the design production pipeline, ensuring high-quality visual output that is on-brand and meets user needs.

  • Ensure consistency in design elements across platforms

  • Lead research initiatives

  • Stay updated together with UX and UI leads on industry trends

  • Identify opportunities for design improvements and drive implementation to enhance the user experience.

By leveraging your structured skillset, strategic mindset, and passion for user experience, you’ll not only meet but exceed expectations in this dynamic and impactful role.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Experience project manager, Digital Project Manager or Management consultant

  • Proven experience of guiding and mentoring a UX or UI or Design team, with the ability to guide design strategies and manage team workflows.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

  • 5+ years Experience with resource management and tools.

  • Agency og Consultancy experience is beneficial

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, user interface guidelines, usability, and accessibility standards.

  • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

  • Knowledge and interest in the financial industry

  • Excellent English proficiency to collaborate effectively with our international team.
