JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior Social Media Creator under Employer Branding, your mission is simple: Strategise and curate creative content that shows AirAsia as the best place to work. 

Expect no micromanaging or the traditional way of doing things. If there’s a better idea, we want to hear it. Go creative, go all out. Think combining branding, marketing, communications and social media as your bread and butter. Sounds toasty? Let’s chat. 

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Strategise, design and execute social media content strategies for Employer Branding in line with the company’s objectives and DNA.

  • Plan, film and edit engaging original content for Employer Branding’s social media platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram among others. 

  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics covering engagement rate, brand equity and market perception. 

  • Collaborate with various departments to creatively highlight #LifeAtAirAsia 

  • Experiment with new formats, techniques and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.

  • Push brand presence in driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Creative storyteller who lives, eats and breathes social media and is able to adapt content across different touch points. 

  • Have a creative eye for editing, creating, filming and designing visuals or videos.

  • A trendsetter who’s up to date on the latest social media trends, emerging platforms and industry best practices. 

  • Data driven and is able to use social media tools to gather and leverage data 

  • Capable of working with minimal guidance or supervision, with good project management skills.

  • An assertive team player with high energy and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum of two years work experience with preferably a Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies or a related field.
