We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, focused on our proprietary Data Platform. In this role, you will accelerate Censia’s position as an enterprise level, best in class Talent Intelligence platform leveraging our proprietary profiles for hundreds of millions people and companies to empower our customers' strategic talent decisions. This is a remote role that requires a mix of analytical horsepower, relentless execution, and deep technical expertise to meet the demands of our growing user base and expanding product portfolio. Providing cross-functional leadership across engineering, data science and customer support, you will help bring our company's vision and strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Censia’s products are ‘inside’ large platforms like Workday and SAP. A big part of the value we provide is relevant, complete and accurate data inside these platforms. In this role, you’ll continue our focus on making these insights better by integrating more sources, and producing more value across the set of information we provide via our Data product.

  • Craft a clear and actionable Data product vision, in partnership with Chief Product Officer & Chief Technology Officer, with a rolling data roadmap.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by global data and engineering teams.

  • Ensure product team is prioritizing new product features, customer requirements, and tech backlogs to best meet the business needs and technical readiness within our rapid scaling environment.

  • Work in partnership with our engineering, data, customer support and marketing teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive business growth via our proprietary data platform.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates are passionate about leading and inspiring those around them. They are a “master of the PM craft” leveraging all the tools to help drive a team through scale challenges, balance product growth opportunities and ship with high velocity and high confidence. You are:

  • A highly collaborative leader with a track record of establishing trust and leading cross-functional teams. You enhance collaboration across departments ensuring transparency in prioritization.

  • Known for being a great communicator in written, verbal and presentation skills, with particular focus on your expertise in the art of talking about the problems you’re working on and how you think about the space.

  • Adept at driving business outcomes, you understand what the key levers to invest in are, and how to appropriately use those to deliver.

  • Comfortable in working in high-pressure, time sensitive situations and working with big data models and API driven solutions.

  • Demonstrated aptitude to lead, inspire and guide teams in a remote-first environment.

  • Deep technical understanding of how big data platforms work, this is not your first time working with billions of data points.

  • 7-10 years of technical product management and leadership experience

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms in the human capital space is a bonus.
