As HP ANZ Digital Marketing & Growth Lead you are a key player on the Print marketing team and will help us accelerate HP’s consumer business by focusing on optimizing Digital channels to deliver growth for our exciting new hardware, software and subscription services. We’re looking someone that loves data, crafting insights and building audiences that can be activated through channels like Display, Social, Search, Email and more. You’ll get to manage your own project stakeholder team, and manage your growth projects for both Australia & New Zealand.

You’ll be responsible for taking growth ideas from concept to execution, create test and learn innovations and report results back through data and by hitting key KPIs. You’ll be supported by an award-winning marketing team and agency network.

What does the average day look like?  

  • Own the end-to-end ANZ digital growth marketing strategic and tactical plans to deliver low investment, high return plans that drive acquisition, loyalty, usage, retention or upgrade
  • Work directly with business teams on optimising – product, price, place, promotion
  • Establish briefs, KPI’s, journey mapping, audience segments and targeting strategies
  • Own the Search Marketing plan for Print ANZ - SEM, SEO optimisations
  • Own CRM initiatives like eDMs, SMS, in-app and customer reviews
  • Work with global marketing divisions and their dedicated leads in your project teams – Data Sciences, Media, CRM & more
  • Develop, localise or originate campaign content and user journeys as required
  • Showcase business impact through quantitative ROI modelling and reporting
  • Manage quarterly marketing budget and success metrics

To be successful in this role, ideally you should have:

  • 7+ years experience in formulating digital marketing strategy and execution with solid understanding of types of data, martech capabilities and privacy/legal regulation
  • Previous Growth Marketing or Growth Lead experience highly regarded
  • Must have marketing campaign experience across Display, Social, Search, CRM
  • Content experience, working through new products to establish marketing messages, key selling points and localising content or journey as required
  • Comfortable holding conversations on digital marketing performance with internal and external leads for optimisation of metrics like CTR, CPL, CPV, CAC, LTV etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics / Omniture or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong budget management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business related
  • Strong MS Office skills – Advanced Excel Skills highly regarded
  • Some travel may be required
