EMEA Media Manager – Central Europe 

Frankfurt, DEHybrid

 

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Media Manager to join our growing regional marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our media strategy across various media channels with a focus on DACH and Poland, driving brand growth and sales across a quickly expanding number of exciting categories. 

 

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll do:

 

  • Implement multi-channel advertising media strategies across multiple territories, aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, FP&A) to define campaign media targets, and budget allocation. 
  • Being the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation. Feeding insights to the performance team, and at the same time capturing learnings and actions from them. 
  • Oversee regular and accurate reporting and supply of data to all internal stakeholders including Data team, IMC team 
  • Manage media buying across various channels (TV, print, digital etc) including negotiation of rates and placements. 
  • Oversee campaign execution and optimization, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. 
  • Analyze/monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and reports, identifying areas for improvement and maximization of ROI using econometrics 
  • Apply analytical skillset to simplify complex data, so that it is both accessible and understandable to the wider business. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies. 
  • Manage and mentor junior team members and contractors 

 

Some of the skills and experience you’ll bring:  

 

Background & Qualifications 

 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across traditional (TV, print etc) and digital channels (paid search, social media advertising etc). 
  • Strong understanding of media buying strategies, negotiation tactics, and campaign optimization techniques. 
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing activation, and the role/contribution of each individual part of the funnel. 
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, DOMO, Attest) to measure campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales). 
  • Adept at project management and juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. 

 

Desirable Attributes 

 

  • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry 
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable optimization 
  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging advertising campaigns 
  • Experience with media agency management 
  • Experience working with creative and internal performance teams 
  • Experience in managing multimillion dollar budgets across different categories.
