Job Summary
The Supply Chain Program Manager in Hybrid Systems and Peripherals will be responsible for the NPI Supply Chain deliverables. In addition to the traditional role requirements, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, have strong business acumen, successfully balance process and risk while staying focused to execute to meet NPI metrics. You will actively engage with stakeholders during NPI development and be held accountable for end-to-end supply chain readiness.  This role will apply intermediate level subject matter to solve common business issues and identify and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong understanding of product development lifecycle, basic engineering and quality principles, supply chain fundamentals which includes but is not limited to forecasting and inventory management.
• Coordinate and balance  multiple projects within a large scale program involving one or more functions driving the development and implementation process for product offerings.
• Apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge and actively participate to solve a variety of common business issues; Use analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute moderately complex projects, which includes defining project scope, requirements, deliverables and developing and managing project schedules
• Coordinate the activities of associated project teams; tracks progress against established plans, reports results, and makes recommendations for alterations or updates to program manager.
• Develop program communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating project and program plans.
• Drive simple and effective processes to avoid quality and execution issues in the development cycle.

• Takes end-to-end ownership of the NPI process.

• Applies knowledge of own function and business expertise to solve critical issues



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 
• Typically has 3-5 years of direct Supply Chain work experience and managing cross-functional projects
