Job Description Summary

This role performs customer introduction scheduling, monthly sustainment e-mails and calls, monthly customer updates, and implements Lead Project Manager’s vision and or pricing strategy for our contracted CDK Service Pricing Customers

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Leverage existing Fixed Operations, Service Pricing, and CDK Service expertise and exercise discretion to ensure that the CDK configurations align with client business requirements and best practices.

  • Become an expert on CDK Retail software and retail applications, specifically Service Pricing, CDK Service and Parts applications as they apply to Service Pricing.

  • Become an expert user within Data Warehouse, RMS application, and Salesforce to determine project implementation timing.

  • Make best practice recommendations for CDK configurations and/or client business processes to maximize client utilization and business results.

  • Complete Service Pricing customizations provided by the client. 

  • Work with peers and other project colleagues to achieve project results.

  • Schedule project calls with the client utilizing Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce.

  • Create, monitor, and close all tasks assigned within a timely manner within Salesforce and as assigned.

  • Preform 30-Day Client Sustainment (Review) Calls to ensure client system utilization and accuracy of Service Pricing system.

  • Review specific Performance reporting, comparing to benchmarks/goals for process and business improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain a high level of awareness of current automotive business trends and best practices.

  • Assist team with Service Pricing customizations as needed.

  • Ability to consult with client’s staff at all levels.

  • Work individually or partner with colleagues to identify process workflow gaps and create solutions within the Service Pricing and CDK Service environments.

  • Advise on best practices that drive dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity, and revenue within Service Pricing and CDK Service environments.

  • Support strategic and operational improvements with CDK team.

  • Support team members with achieving team goals while achieving personal performance goals.

  • This is a full time, remote position requiring a quiet and professional dedicated workspace.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in automotive industry.

  • At least 2 years of experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management.

  • At least 2 years of experience within CDK Service and Service Pricing applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office products.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expert level knowledge of all CDK applications listed above.

  • Exceptional time management skills.

  • Familiarity with Teams application.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to follow up and maintain client interactions on a scheduled, consistent basis.

Salary Range: $74,000 to $79,000
