Key Responsibilities:

  • · Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device products, from development to market launch and post-market surveillance.
  • · Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • · Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
  • · Marketing Execution: Design and implement marketing plans tailored to the medical device/pharma industry, including campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies.
  • · Sales Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the sales team, providing them with product training, promotional materials, and tools to drive revenue.
  • · Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (R&D, Regulatory, Quality) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1. Education:
  • o MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institute with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management.
  • 2. Experience:
  • o Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • o Proven expertise in product management, marketing, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • 3. Core Competencies:
  • o Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • o Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
  • o Presentation & Communication: Exceptional skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • o Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
