Work with CRO for capturing pipeline opportunity specific information within CRM for management reporting purposes
Manage and oversee “Markets Meetings” and “Industry Group Meetings” including development and maintenance of meeting agendas, relationship maps, market dashboards, action item lists and market investment activities (charitable contributions / sponsorships)
Lead market teams on development of account targeting, segmentation, company research that support market growth goals and strategies
Work with pursuit teams on account planning, meeting booklet development, proposal customization and ongoing client and target relationship management
Assist CRO with market specific client profitability enhancement and pricing differentiation activities
Assist CRO and OMP’s with market specific client development sessions (new client discovery, existing client cross selling, and client satisfaction) , client calendars, value scorecards and other growth initiatives
Develop and delegate meeting and oral presentation materials and rehearsal outlines with pursuit teams
Work with CRO and assigned Industry Leaders in developing industry specific “Centers of Excellence” to focus efforts on high yield opportunities, coordinate and align strategies and maximize RKL effectiveness within sector
Work with CRO and Service Line Leaders (i.e. Tax, A & A, Consulting) in expanding our solutions sets, market messages and broadening our ability to provide additional services to clients and prospects
Work with CRO and partner group to expand the RKL Alliance Firm members and network
Work with Partner Group and Management Team within respective markets to identify and prioritize value added events such as client roundtables, seminars, etc and work with local administrative team to delegate event planning activities
Implement and reinforce effectiveness of BD Training programs within their respective markets
Work with CRO and Director of Marketing to accurately apply, capture and monitor all market
specific investments such as charitable contributions, board participation and sponsorships to ensure targeted ROI

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field
5+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or consulting services
Experience in the development, management and execution of the sales process; including sourcing, lead generation, sales strategy and pipeline development
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff; ability to communicate issues and conclusions
Strong interpersonal skills, including problem solving skills; ability to shift focus and adapt to changes
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Essential Functions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as needed
Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required
