The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise CX Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll help shape how we streamline marketing processes, manage technology, and deliver campaigns that drive impact across global markets.
You’ll fit right in if you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from solving challenges that make marketing smarter and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketo and connected systems.
Maintain and optimize integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
Manage data quality and segmentation to support targeted campaigns.
Build and execute campaigns in Marketo, including emails, landing pages, and nurturing workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo Engage (certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and basic analytics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Nice to Have

• Past agency experience for adaptability and multitasking.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Experience working across global teams and cultures.

This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
