1. Job Description:
Formulate infectious diagnosis strategy under Pfizer strategy guidance. Communicate and assess diagnosis partners, then choose strategic partners. Build diagnosis cooperation model with Dx partners, experts align with Pfizer infectious pipeline strategy. Develop and execute diagnosis cooperation projects with business team and X-functional teams. Drive the continuous upgrading of diagnostic strategic cooperation models based on performance analysis and insight mining.
2. Capability requirements
More than 2 years of work experience in the field of infection (preferably in the field of infection diagnosis), and more than 5 years of work experience in MNC marketing. Have designed and executed large-scale pharmaceutical projects. Proficient in communication, be able to achieve strategic cooperation goals with external partners. Proficient in data analysis, business insights, and fluent in English. Proactive and good at learning, MBA is preferred.
