The HR Total Rewards Intern will be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities and learning opportunities in the department. The areas include HR Information Systems (HRIS), Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The Mom's Meals Summer Internship Program is a paid project-based 12-week program beginning May 19, 2025, and ending August 8, 2025. Our project-based internship program provides participants with the training, coaching, and hands-on experience to be successful professionals in their chosen fields. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects that help create a connection between what is learned in the classroom and what is required in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Internship location will be onsite in our corporate office in Ankeny, IA or a remote opportunity.
