JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a curious-minded and organized Activation Manager to help the team execute omni-channel integrated advertising programs for Walmart Connect. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for project coordination and helping with project management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across the Walmart omni-channel ecosystem (in-store, online at Walmart.com, and via other offsite digital media assets that leverage the Walmart voice).
This role will support Manager(s) and work daily with Walmart’s advertising sales, and Walmart Site Experience teams, as well as partner with WMC cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing solutions for clients.
Specifically, we’re looking for highly organized, ambitious, creative, flexible, people-oriented team members who are truly willing to roll up their sleeves in both structured and unstructured ways to deliver on department goals and Supplier needs. Start off executing these programs while you develop the skills to build these programs as your career develops with us.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and support the execution of custom advertising initiatives, cross SBU marketing tentpoles program and category based programs for Walmart Connect Clients; ultimately responsible for excellence in execution.
Partner with WMC Account team to manage timelines, creative deliverables and traffic assets based on supplier needs and priorities.
Collaborate across Walmart Connect and Walmart Enterprise Site merchandising, ensuring consistency between Walmart’s supplier advertising initiatives and Walmart’s site messaging.
Assist in the management approvals, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Provide support for general department day-to-day department functions, such as owning tracking documents.
Serve Sales department in best-in-class communication.
Actively participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in retail, agency, e-commerce, ad sales marketing, advertising media or related field.
Exceptionally strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in project coordination encouraged and preferred.
Highly collaborative, team player, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels and departments.
Understanding of shopper marketing, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven.
THE BONUS - STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Retail/e-commerce experience with commercial retail solutions such as Walmart Direct spend, experiential marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), e-commerce, media, etc.
Experience working on or a passion for the Food and Beverage business.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
