WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Based in EHQ, we are looking for an Digital Specialist to include in the Sports Marketing Digital team. In this role, you are responsible for the service of Nike’s contracted assets via Digital platforms (Elite/Gameday).

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Digital Specialist you will be responsible for the holistic service of a number of Athletes, clubs and/or federations in EMEA.

The main areas of responsibility are:

Operational Excellence:

  • Mailboxes (reply to athlete/assets requests in a timely manner) - daily
  • Dropped styles review, (checking clipboard)
  • Incompletion, (price missing, currency check, sizes, quantities) – escalate it to the right teams (merch ops, EMEA Pricing, Global teams)
  • Elite Contract cancel date management; - monthly
  • Coverage reports check – monthly for Elite
  • Carrier holds and stock list – weekly
  • IDOCS - daily
  • Contract clean up, (reject old contracts, release aging product to NFS stores) – seasonally

Process improvement:

  • Returns, (standardization of process, automatization) WS solution
  • Forecast process – align with Merch recommendation, get inputs from brand, product teams.

Special projects:

  • Limited/allocation styles, (work closely with off field team to ensure allocation)
  • Re-bound automatization – platform change, label

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the SM Operations Digital Services Manager, and you will work closely with the wider SM Operations team in EHQ, the SM country operation teams in the key cities, DSM (S&IP), ELC (Distribution Center), the Global SM counterparts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

A successful candidate will be encouraged to clearly demonstrate their experience on the below crucial requirements to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the proficiencies also outlined below:

  • Prior experience in a supply chain, operations, allocation, or planning role
  • Strong analytical skills which support delivering operational excellence
  • Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and (external facing) partners
  • Digital literacy: MS Office (Excel), SAP, Cognos, Tableau
