THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager, Paid Search to be part of Live Nation Entertainment’s Marketing & Data Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of live event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns. This role will coordinate the strategy, development, and execution of digital campaigns for Ticketmaster. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders including channel partners, category managers, and external partners. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Paid Search.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Achieve/exceed ROAS targets through campaign execution and optimizations
Monitor and analyze performance for 100+ active campaigns at any given time
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve current campaigns and develop new strategies for future campaigns
Identifying and communicating Paid Search trends than can inform collaborative strategies across other digital media channels including paid social, programmatic display, email, and SEO
Work closely with the paid search team and internal stakeholders to inform ongoing strategy, testing methodology, and roadmaps
Identify test-and-learn opportunities and develop business justifications
Contribute key learnings to internal and external stakeholder recaps and readouts
Think strategically across multiple types of campaigns across sports and concerts
Provide end user feedback on marketing solutions built by Product, Data, and Engineering teams
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
4+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Search including Google and Microsoft
Experience managing at least one person
Proven track record using Search Ads 360 (or similar optimization platform), Google Search Ads, and Microsoft Search Ads
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and triage tasks across 100+ planned and active Paid Search campaigns at any given time
Experience managing localized campaigns across multiple regions
Exposure to tools including Tableau, Domo, Datorama, and Google Analytics
Experience pulling and analyzing campaign data and synthesizing into actionable insights; excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other spreadsheet tools
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Affinity for the sports, music and live entertainment industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field

The expected compensation for this position is:
$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
