4.Develops, implements, iterates and maintains VIP customer strategy by defining the VIP customer; training. Agents to identify the VIP customer; supports prioritizing requests; and using qualitative customer feedback and quantitative metrics to adjust future strategy.
5.Assists in identifying tools and processes to optimize business development and Agent management. Identifies gaps in current processes and tools and recommends changes to improve business development.
6.Builds and executes plans for reducing attrition by collaborating with Marketing to identify issues; recognizes patterns that inform business decisions; and develops reports (basic and customized) and suggests improvements to dashboards and metrics.
