Position Summary...

Account Managers are primarily responsible for managing a successful vendor/advertiser relationship through an understanding of the client’s business, expectation management and ensuring campaign strategies and tactics deliver on the clients’ needs. The successful candidate will be comfortable bridging Luminate’s campaign tactics to deliver a comprehensive strategy to the client. As the internal advocate for the vendor/advertiser, the Account Manager will be comfortable challenging the campaign and creative services with the vendors to ensure they are delivering the best strategy to accomplish client goals.

What you'll do...

1.Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
2.Designs and implements various customer-facing sales, servicing, and experience-enhancing tests by tracking key metrics across the customer base and owning recurring tests that will evolve into application supported features (such as replenishment reminders and weekly shipments).
3.Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
4.Develops, implements, iterates and maintains VIP customer strategy by defining the VIP customer; training. Agents to identify the VIP customer; supports prioritizing requests; and using qualitative customer feedback and quantitative metrics to adjust future strategy.
5.Assists in identifying tools and processes to optimize business development and Agent management. Identifies gaps in current processes and tools and recommends changes to improve business development.
6.Builds and executes plans for reducing attrition by collaborating with Marketing to identify issues; recognizes patterns that inform business decisions; and develops reports (basic and customized) and suggests improvements to dashboards and metrics.
