We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Implementation lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) to join our dynamic team. As Product Owner you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in leveraging AEM DAM capabilities to manage and optimize their digital assets effectively. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement strategies to enhance their digital asset management processes. Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end content transformation by scoping and shaping product strategy, business goals, innovative solutioning, and deliverables for AEM.
Define and develop a roadmap for the product in line with the product vision and both intermediate and longer-term business objectives.
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into tailored AEM DAM solutions/product requirements.
Partner with tech partners to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, tech requirements, and user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
Develop and implement training, processes, and change management strategies to achieve successful AEM user adoption.
Deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and stakeholders on AEM DAM functionality and usage.
Customize and extend CMS components, templates, and workflows, as well as integrate CMS with other systems and third-party applications.
Works in close collaboration with Project Management Office to ensure all milestones, goals, and timelines are being tracked as necessary.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provides thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Additional Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
In-depth knowledge of AEM DAM capabilities, including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflow automation, and asset delivery.
Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends.
Prior experience with Marketing Technology and Financial Services is preferred.
Structured storyteller with strong presence and communication skills - both interpersonal and written.
Proven team player with ability to work across all levels in a high intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM DAM is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
