ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role Summary: 

The Ventures and Acquisitions support analyst provides  service delivery support, data analytics, system man’t & PM support for EMEA PMI leads as they the execute end-to-end life cycle of Accenture’s mergers and acquisitions transactions. They are accountable towards the success, effectiveness and on-time delivery of functional activities related to both due diligence, solution planning and integration of acquisitions supporting the EMEA PMi team (Operating Group/Growth Platform and/or Geographies). They with the Global V&A Deal Execution team will  contribute to the success of the overall process in VnA.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support implementation of standard VnA processes, help defining requirements, providing process insights, support system and PM requirements for updating trackers, plans and supporting information capture, reviewing solutions, providing planning inputs and communicating to relevant internal stakeholders, cross functional groups and key individuals across the organization progress of the EMEA PMI portfolio
  • Will support and assist the PMI lead in the development of the preliminary Procurement solution plan for key Procurement decisions(inc updating relevant workplans), including but not limited to understanding target company’s supplier and contractor portfolio details; steps to transition contractor and supplier portfolio’s to Accenture Policy and Procedures; establish and executing Requisition To Pay Planning and transition, Communications to stakeholders regarding Source To Pay transition process, timing, work plan and budget.
  • Support PMI in planning, oversee and drive assigned Procurement integration planning and execution activities for each Mergers and Acquisition transactions in EMEA.
  • May integrate and interlock with other functional areas to ensure Procurement work stream impacts are understood and factored in the overall solution
  • Undertake relevant reporting as required to support managing the EMEA portfolio.
  • Create adequate documentation so as to enable creation of reusable assets for further use in support of the PMI community

    Qualifications:

    Skills and Experience:

    • Strong program/project management skills
    • Good communication skills both oral and written
    • Initiative and the ability to direct own work.
    • Good analytical skills for complex problems both from a business function/process perspective and from a technical perspective
    • Ability to think strategically
    • Good technical skills in excel, Power BI etc.
