Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart’s Health & Wellness Compliance team is in search of a Manager, Program Strategy & Governance, Regulatory Management.  This role will report to the Senior Manager, Health & Wellness Compliance, Program Strategy & Governance, Government and Regulatory Management. Your primary responsibility will be to support all Health & Wellness Compliance business lines with regards to regulatory change management, regulatory agency contacts, and commitments. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, public policy, and Health & Wellness business partners on the following: (1) monitoring applicable regulatory changes received from legal and public policy teams, (2) communicating regulatory changes and upcoming compliance dates to compliance subject matter experts, (3) documenting action plans, (4) identifying and implementing program efficiencies, and (5) establishing program documentation.  

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You’re a subject matter expert in compliance (preferred healthcare compliance).
  • You have experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to healthcare.
  • You’re process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a corporate environment.
  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are organized, disciplined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A law degree is preferred but not required.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Strengthening the H&W compliance program by enhancing program effectiveness and efficiencies: Develop and implement changes to program processes, systems, and reporting to better support compliance subject matter experts; identify program gaps and solutions.  
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships through strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, transportation, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
