DV Equities is a growing division specializing in trading equities and equity derivatives across key markets in the US, Europe, and Asia. By utilizing proprietary trading strategies and cutting-edge systems, DV Equities has become a strong presence in the global equities landscape, constantly adapting to changing market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior equity traders to gain hands-on experience and insights
• Learn and iterate on proprietary trading systems and techniques that power our equity trading operations
• Develop and manage quantitative models that enhance trading strategies
• Refine existing strategies and uncover new opportunities in the market

• 0-2 years of experience; keen interest in financial markets
• BA in Finance, Math or related discipline  
• Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and diligence
• Strong background in mathematics, probability, and statistical analysis
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling; additional programming skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
