• CVB Management Escalation representative. Site coordinator for in the FAA process, market action and mock recall or product recall activities.
• Coordinator for site gap assessment against corporate procedure (i.e. IMPACD) and external standard including updates of documenter reference inventory list (i.e. DRIL).
• Site Coordinator for compliance alerts and regulatory letter awareness (i.e. FDA warning letter).
• Site Coordinator for Alcon Quality Analytics (AQA).
• Self-Inspection Lead Auditor/auditor, responsible in participating and conducting Self-Inspection as per audit schedule.
• Lead auditor / auditor for supplier audit.
• Coordinator, reviewer and approver of NCR/CAPA/Action.
• Support of supplier management activities.
• Working in accordance with the HSE Manual and documented procedures, and reporting HSE issues to the respective area owners.
